When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. During limited drops and new releases, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes. RARE ships worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What size should I order?

Each product includes a detailed size guide to help you find your perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, oversized look.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Most RARE pieces are released in limited quantities. Once an item sells out, it may never return. That's what makes it RARE.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Sale items and limited-release products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.

Do you offer exchanges?

If your requested size is available, we'll gladly exchange eligible items. If not, we'll issue store credit or process a return according to our return policy.

Are your collections limited?

Yes. Our collections are intentionally produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity. Once they're gone, they're gone.
